The location of this hotel very close to convenient stores was great and lovely. A cool bonus was nearby Beck's Coffee Shop, that offered tea and coffee. Climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV were available in my quadruple room. It was comfy and easy to move around, private bathroom.
The staff were extremely rude, didn't expect that coming.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Modern low cost hotel with amiable and hospitable stuff. Not far from a train station and 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.

I had such wonderful stay, the place is wonderful!
Location: the hotel was close enough to train station, convenient stores and restaurants/izakayas. Ito Onsen district was worth staying in. Loved our rooms with the view. A shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets was a plus.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The location is perfect, being close to a beautiful black sand beach in a relatively quiet old town. The hotel is right on the beach, allowing for stunning views from the rooms. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with a nice view are definitely worth considering, as they provide a lovely backdrop for your stay. Additionally, breakfast is not included, giving you the flexibility to explore local dining options.
Facilities could be improved.

Located in an excellent area by the sea and a short walk from the train station, this hotel offers a stunning sea view. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is served timely and the room is the perfect size. The private onsen is an absolute must-try, and you can rent an open bath to relax in.
The vanity basin is quite small in comparison to the room size.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the small gifts and sweets the hotel left in our room. the proximity to the beach was amazing, especially for families who want to spend time in the sun. being able to park before check-in saved us some money. We liked that the hot springs were scattered throughout the resort, and there were private ones for families too.
The room could have been cleaner—there was some mold on the bathroom and toilet windows that needed to be removed. the price was quite high for an older room.

The hotel had a great view of the ocean, which was amazing to wake up to every morning. the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping our room tidy and well-stocked with supplies. The best part was the convenience of the hotel's location as it was close to major roads and train stations, making it easy to get around.
The staff could be quite rude at times and made us feel unwelcome. We also found it disappointing that there weren't many facilities or amenities available to us during our stay.
